Given by the Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) under contract with the Navy, the two-day Transition Counselor Institutes levels I and II will be given at the Groton Inn & Suites on March 15-16 and April 11-12. These are free trainings to which spouses, ombudsmen, school counselors, etc. are invited.
