I am still continuing to accept donations for Adopt a Platoon until April 8th. If you would like to donate for April's box, please bring your items to the April's SOSA meeting, if you are unable to attend please email me and we can work out something for you to drop your items off at my house. This will be our final month to send donations to the troops because they are preparing to end their deployment and come home soon.
We have also met our budget for the year for Adopt-A-Platoon so if you would like to donate money instead of items to help pay for the shipping of these final boxes you can either donate cash or make checks payable to SOSA, and you can give the money donations to our SOSA Treasurer, Jen Roberts. All donations are welcomed as little or as big as you would like.
Again thank you to everyone who has donated and continue to donate over this past year. Our troops are very grateful for such amazing people wanting to donate items to help them through their tour of duty. Here is a list of requested items for our troops.
